We are predominantly a service company. And the primary service we provide is yacht brokerage.

Yacht Brokerage: This is our "bread and butter"; please visit this section if you are interested in a brokerage boat. We include our listings and some other interesting listings usually in the Middle Atlantic region as a matter of course.
Sailboat Research Service: So often it is hard for boat purchasers to feel comfortable that the boat they are considering is the right boat for them. They also feel that maybe they are overlooking the perfect boat. We do not promise that the night before closing will be perfectly restful, but we think we can help.
Freebies/Links: This section is an assemblage of links and data we think might be interesting or helpful. The most frequented selection is the links to sites which give weather local to the Northern Chesapeake Bay. But, there's more ...

Sassafras 44 Project: The Sassafras 44 is a trawler yacht. She is currently in the preliminary design/concept development phase. If a trawler is in your future you may want to help us develop ours! We encourage your feedback.
Sailboat Report: Due to the fact that we have an extensive electronic database of sailboats, we are in a unique position to assemble reports about most any single sailboat. We are able to offer a refreshingly frank analysis of most boats commonly traded.
